The OMSDT is dedicated to recognizing individuals who exemplify knighthood, honor, and a deep commitment to serving others. It is earned through their unwavering work and dedication.  We celebrate their contributions and strive to inspire a culture of service and leadership among all. OMSDT has a neck cross for knighted members. For those knighted we use "Sir" for men and "Lady" for women.
